Construction Method for Thin-Layer Repair Mortar on Concrete Facade Top Surface

Grout is a special concrete repair material based on cement as a binder, with high-strength material (quartz powder) as the main aggregate. It is modified by polymer additives and supplemented with penetrants, flexibilizers, thixotropic agents, and other substances.

This product features excellent thixotropy, high permeability, early strength, rapid hardening, and no shrinkage; it is waterproof, self-compacting, and rust-resistant. Construction: Use a trowel or抹刀 to apply the grout in layers, evenly repairing the damaged surface to make it flat and dense. The time from mixing to completion of repair for each batch of grout must not exceed 30 minutes. Grout that exceeds the time limit or does not meet the workability requirements for pouring should not be used further.
